Acceptable forms of payment:
--We gladly accept Cash, Money Orders, and secured bank checks as our prefered payment methods.
--People may also choose to pay securely on-line with a credit card using 'Paypal', we do charge the additional 4% fee (or 8% international, with exchange rate fee) to use this service. If you currently do not have a paypal account, please be aware that it can take several days to open an account so please plan accordingly.
Due to a few 'bad apples' ruining it for everyone, we DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. If this is your only available payment method please call first. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted for puppies being shipped.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. Please do not ask. Be sure that when you send a deposit that you are 100% sure that you want this puppy, and that you will be able to care for it.
In the unlikely event that the puppy dies before it is picked up, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Deposits are your commitment to buy our puppy, and our commitment to you that we will not sell the puppy to another family. As soon as you tell us that you are sending a deposit, we take the puppy off the 'market' and list it as 'sale pending'.
As soon as we receive the deposit, we consider the puppy sold, and we may turn families away, that had been interested in that puppy.
Deposits hold your puppy until it is 8 weeks and ready to go, or up to 9 weeks free of charge. Unless prior arrangements have been made we will charge $10 per day board for the puppy, until it is picked up. At 10 weeks the deposit is forfieted and will be place for adoption.
Refunds:
The owners of PuggleBaby.com are to be given the first option to buy back any puppies that we have raised. Should we not exercise that option, we will provide assistance in placing the dog if necessary.
Please think of adding your new puppy to the family as a PERMANENT LIFE-LONG COMMITMENT. If you are unsure of your future for the next 10-15 years, please carefully consider purchasing a puppy at this time.
I hope that all of my families are FOREVER HOMES. However, I know that some times life situations change unexpectedly. I am commited to find or provide a secure home for any puppies that I have raised, FOR LIFE.
My puppies/dogs are NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to be given to a shelter, rescue, or animal control.
We have a 'no questions asked' return policy. The family can return the dog/puppy to us at any time. We ask to be given at least (5) days notice, to plan and make space arrangements.
If this option is to be used, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. We will not be responsible for transportation fees for the return of the dog, but we will make reasonable arrangements to pick up the dog from any area airport if necessary.
